Who we are
NYMO DIGITAL LIMITED ("NYMO", "we", "us") operates the NYMO Digital website and NYMO Ads Monitor. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with website enquiries and our advertising-account monitoring application.
NYMO Ads Monitor is a read-only tool for authorised account reporting, spend analysis and on-screen alerts. Separate account services, recharge arrangements or managed advertising engagements may be subject to additional notices and agreements.
Information we handle
We limit the information we handle to what is needed for the features you use and the accounts you are authorised to connect.
| Category | Examples and purpose |
|---|---|
| Contact and enquiry details | Name, company, email, contact handle, website and information you include in an enquiry, such as markets or advertising budget. We use these to respond and manage your request. |
| Account and authorisation details | Authorised user identifiers, advertising-account IDs and names, and business-asset identifiers or relationships where needed to locate permitted accounts. Access credentials, granted permissions and authorisation status enable the connection. |
| Advertising metrics | Daily spend, current-day cumulative spend, reporting date, currency, time zone, account status and synchronisation timestamps. Funding or balance-related information is handled only where available and relevant. |
| Monitoring preferences | Alert thresholds, selected accounts, manually supplied funding references, timestamps and alert history. These support the monitoring settings you choose. |
| Technical and support records | Necessary access and error logs, request metadata such as IP address and browser information, and support correspondence. These help operate, troubleshoot and protect the service. |
The monitoring service does not require your Meta password, payment-card details, private messages, lead lists or individual audience-member profiles. Do not send these in support or deletion requests.
Where information comes from
Information comes from you, your organisation's authorised users, Meta interfaces accessed with appropriate permissions, and technical events generated when the service is used. You must have authority to provide information or connect an account.
Connecting an account does not give us unrestricted access to your Meta assets. Access depends on the permissions granted, your own account access and the capabilities Meta makes available.
How we use information
- Retrieve and display authorised advertising-account information and spend reports.
- Analyse spending patterns, identify items requiring review and display funding-risk or synchronisation alerts.
- Maintain the account connection, apply access restrictions and investigate errors or misuse.
- Respond to enquiries, support requests and privacy requests.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve relevant disputes.
Current monitoring notifications are displayed inside the monitoring interface. This policy does not describe a live Feishu, SMS or external group-notification integration. If we introduce such a feature, we will explain the relevant data sharing and update the notice before it is used.
Funding information may depend on account billing arrangements. Estimates and manually supplied figures must be distinguished from verified source data. Reports and alerts can be delayed and require human review.
Sharing and service providers
Access is limited to authorised personnel and providers that need information to deliver the relevant service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-handling requirements. Information may be processed by providers of website delivery, hosting, storage, email and operational support.
Our public website is delivered using Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. This does not mean that every application component or database is hosted by the same provider. Processing locations depend on the service in use and may differ from your location. Contact us for information about the providers and processing locations relevant to your use of the service.
We do not sell your personal information or advertising-account data. We do not publicly disclose connected-account reports. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse or address a security incident. We limit such disclosure to the relevant purpose.
Meta and any other third-party services you use operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Following a link to another service is subject to that service's practices.
How long we keep information
Our retention policy sets the following maximum routine periods, unless a shorter period is appropriate or deletion is requested and verified:
- Daily aggregated monitoring reports: up to 12 months from the reporting date.
- Intraday monitoring snapshots: up to 30 days from collection.
- Alert history and routine operational logs: up to 90 days from creation.
- Website enquiries: up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction, unless an ongoing relationship or a specific legal requirement calls for retention.
- Authorisation credentials: only while needed for an authorised connection; access is stopped and credentials are removed when the connection is ended or a verified deletion request requires it.
A verified deletion request can shorten these periods. We remove covered data from active systems within 30 calendar days after verification, unless an applicable law requires an earlier response. Backup copies expire within a further 30 days after active-system deletion. They are restricted from ordinary use, and any restoration must reapply the deletion.
Specific records may be retained where necessary for a legal obligation, security investigation or dispute. Such retention is limited in scope and duration, with access restricted. We explain relevant exceptions when responding to a request, where permitted.
Protecting information
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including secure transmission, access restrictions and careful handling of authorisation credentials. Credentials must not be exposed in public pages or routine logs. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Authorised users should protect their accounts, use the security controls available to them and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information relating to you, or to raise a question about its use. Available rights and any lawful exceptions depend on applicable law. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority before acting.
You can withdraw the application's access through the relevant Meta account settings. Removing access stops future authorised collection but does not, by itself, delete information already held by NYMO. Use our Data Deletion Instructions to request that deletion.
Where information belongs to an organisation or shared advertising account, we verify the requester's authority and the requested scope so that one user's request does not improperly remove another party's records.
Website technologies
These policy pages do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies or browser storage. Their fonts, styles and brand assets are served from our website. Our delivery providers may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the pages.
The main company website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When those fonts are requested, Google receives technical connection information such as your IP address and browser request details. These policy pages use locally hosted fonts instead. See Google's Privacy Policy for its practices.
Other parts of the website or application may use necessary session or security technologies. Any optional analytics or additional tracking introduced there should be explained in the applicable notice, with consent where required. We do not treat visiting these policy pages as consent to optional tracking.
Contact links may open your email application or another service. Sending an enquiry uses the service you choose and shares the information you submit with its intended recipient.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, data practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required, and obtain consent where required.
